Sustainability is always one of the major focuses of the General Transport Authority, where the GTA has put extensive efforts into building a mixed-mode transportation network that meets the growth of the Republic in a responsible way.

To further improve access for commuters into downtown Cenario, the GTA is in the process to revitalise Cenario Station, the station that holds the title of the Republic’s gateway.

The massive station upgrade project will be delivered in 3 phases, which in part are a greater scheme ordered by the Government of Aurora’s policy to enhance transportation infrastructure and also overall access to the bloodline of the nation.

Currently the project team has completely rebuilt the original Terminal 1 building’s interior, drastically improving station illumination, wayfinding and also passenger flow.
In this current phase of the project, train services from towards Cenario Station will only be provided by the Central and Suishoku Line, where other train services will be resumed as more phases of the entire project are being delivered.
